Tombolo Research is expanding to Bermuda! To kick off our launch, we are offering you three AI courses hosted by our Founder & CEO, Kameron Young. Kameron is also bringing her international team, from Dubai and London, as guest lecturers.

AI Creators Lab: Youth Edition
(Student Course)

UNDERSTAND AI. USE IT WELL. QUESTION IT CONFIDENTLY.

Designed for the next generation of thinkers, builders, and problem-solvers, AI Creators Lab: Youth Edition is a 4-week, in-person programme that goes beyond simply using AI and focuses on truly understanding it. As artificial intelligence becomes part of everyday life, many students are already using these tools—but very few know how they work, when to trust them, or how to question them. Let alone use them safely.

Through guided sessions and hands-on learning, students will explore how AI works in practice, apply it across school and both creative and entrepreneurial projects. The students will also develop the critical thinking skills needed to evaluate outputs for accuracy, bias, and reliability. With a strong focus on ethics, privacy, and responsible use, this course ensures students build confidence with AI without becoming dependent on it. Thus preparing them to navigate an AI-driven world with clarity and independence.

What makes this course different:

Over the four weeks, students will develop a working understanding of AI systems and gain the confidence to use them effectively in school, projects, their own businesses and beyond. Most importantly, they will leave with the ability to think critically about AI while understanding it well enough to question it.

Students will earn a Verified Digital Credential, which is shareable on LinkedIn and perfect for their resume!

  • You can talk to Lily like you would anyone else. Consider it a Zoom call. Once you join, you will see yourself and will be able to turn your camera off and turn on the closed captions (both of which we recommend). After clicking join, you will be taken to a call with Lily where she will guide you through the registration questions. If she doesn’t speak right away simply say, “Hey Lily I want to register.”

  • Yes, you can earn a Professional Certificate with 16 Professional Development Hours, along with a Verified Digital Credential, which is shareable on LinkedIn. Please note, to receive the Professional Development hours you must also complete the assigned homework.

  • Both courses will last for 4 weeks and be held from 6:00 - 9:00 pm. The AI in Action course commences on April 22, 2026 and the Applied AI Lab course commences on April 23, 2026.

  • No you don’t! Just have a curious and open mind.

    Attendees of the Applied AI Lab may find it easier to understand with a coding background but it is not required.

  • Bermudian Kameron Young, who is the Founder & CEO of Tombolo Research. Kameron created these courses to meet the various needs of the local market.

  • These courses are intended for students and student entrepreneurs aged 12 - 17.

  • The AI in Action and Applied AI Lab courses are $795 for the entire four weeks.

    The only acceptable payment method is by bank transfer, which is provided to registrants upon sign-up. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
