Kameron Young is the Bermudian Founder and CEO of Tombolo Research, where she leads the company’s work in intelligent systems, applied AI, robotics, and AI deployment. With a background in biomedical engineering and a Master’s degree in AI and machine learning, her work spans enterprise AI systems, machine learning research, operational AI strategy, intelligent automation, and robotics designed to solve real-world challenges.
Under her leadership, Tombolo Research helps organizations navigate the shift toward intelligent operations through practical AI implementation, deployment, workflow modernization, and responsible AI integration. In October 2025, the company’s robotics and innovation work was showcased internationally at GITEX GLOBAL and Expand North Star in Dubai. Work on the robot has continued in stealth mode.
Kameron’s philosophy is rooted in the belief that AI should strengthen organizations and the people within them; not create barriers or confusion. Her approach centers on building and deploying systems that feel practical, intuitive, and operationally useful, even during periods of significant technological change.
“I believe AI should amplify people, not replace them. It should preserve cultures, strengthen the skills people already have, and increase what teams can do. Not make them feel lost. When we add AI to your operations, it should feel natural. And when the change is big, the technology should still be easy to use, even for people who aren’t technical.”
