Meet Our Founder
Originally from Bermuda, I am a bilingual professional with a BEng in Biomedical Engineering with Honours and an MSc in AI and Machine Learning with Merit. My undergraduate and Masters theses focused on a tactile sensor for a myoelectric prosthetic hand and discovering a genetic signature for Bermudians using machine learning techniques, respectively. In 2018, I launched Kameron's Lab | Dive In, a social media platform and podcast to embody the motto "to see it is to be it". Representation matters, and I'm committed to ensuring that students not only feel included but also have the skills they need to succeed in the STEM industry. At Tombolo Research, my goal is to pursue my dreams of making robotics inclusive and to pave the way for young girls and boys of color.
